64K X 1 Bit Dynamic Ram, 16 pin dip

These ram can be used to replace the 4116's on Williams boards, so that the board will only run on one voltage. I still have the 4116's for sale, that are plug and play. You will need to mod the board to use a 4164 or 41256, so that there is just one voltage. Please do this at your own risk. The mod link is below that shows how to convert a board to use 4164's, 41256's or both at the same time.
